About Attorney Charles Kennedy
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kennedy worked as a CPA helping individuals, families, small business owners and farmers with income, estate and payroll tax issues. Today, as an attorney, his law practice is focused on helping clients understand and work through the legal aspects of life care planning and all of the financial details, in order to take care of themselves and their families.

Charles Kennedy was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1987. His law firm practice focuses on estate planning, probate, elder law, and bankruptcy legal matters. Charles Kennedy has been a licensed Texas Certified Public Accountant since February, 1983, but now devotes his full attention to his law practice.

A West Texas native, Mr. Kennedy resides in Arlington with his wife and is the father of two children. His hobbies include participating in various long-bow archery competitions around Texas, including Chester and the State Long-Bow Championship in Fort Worth.
